Believe it or not, you can eat well and still lose weight. There are fat burning foods that also taste great and will feed your sweet tooth naturally. Most dietitians will say that fresh berries are some of the best foods for losing weight and staying healthy. They contain have a lot of antioxidants as well to help keep your body healthy.
You also do not need to eat meat every day. Eggs are not quite as bad for you as once was thought. This is especially true if you eat them in moderation. You can also drink green tea and lots and lots of water. Another way to get your protein is with beans. They can be cooked up nicely with a bit of spice, onion and garlic. Don’t for get melons and fresh fruits. You may also want to try grazing through out the day. Pack a few carrot sticks for a mid day snack or some frozen grapes which are delicious. Food can be your friend even when you want to lose weight.
