Roth IRA Rules

Roth IRA Rules are always printed black on white, like it is usually the case with official documents. You would not see them printed on purple paper in black ink. You also would not see them printed on yellow paper and with green ink. But what would it be like it things would have been different in history? What if the process of how paper is produced would for some reasons have been different and we would only have yellow paper? Then the norm would be that things are printed on yellow paper. And if for some reason, history would have provided us with ink that is purple or green, then we would not have black ink to use in our printers. So what we use is in the end just a product of history and in a parallel universe things most likely would be different in a way or the other.
